Marlborough House Management is proud to support environmentally-friendly initiatives. One of the most significant is the use of community heating and hot water systems, which spreads the cost of delivering this utility, thus reducing the energy wastage and importantly the cost to the end user.

We support a number of community heating systems throughout the country with a metering and billing service. Working in conjunction with the landlords, we calculate the cost of energy consumption and invoice and collect the payment from the customers. We provide our customers the option to view their meter readings online with provision for various payment options.
