Our online service enables our customers to access development-specific information at their convenience.
Once registered, property owners and residents* have access to a variety of useful features and information relating to the management of their development:
- Property owners can view their account balance and history online and make a secure payment 24 hours a day with a debit or credit card
- RMC Directors can access financial reports, including service charge expenditure by quarter and by transaction, service charge expenditure against estimate and outstanding resident balances
- Free SMS text and email alerts, to keep up to date with the latest maintenance and management matters at the development
- Set communication preferences
